Nathan Fields’ ‘War Drums’ Featured in Dev Patel's "Monkey Man" TV Spot
Hey everyone!
Hope you're all doing great. Just wanted to drop a quick update here about something super exciting that happened recently. My company got the amazing chance to have our work featured in a TV spot for the movie "Monkey Man," directed by (and starring) the incredibly talented Dev Patel. If you haven't heard about it yet, you should definitely check it out—it's packed with action and an awesome storyline.
So here's the fun part: my song "War Drums," from the Battle Cry EP via Black Sheep Music, was used in this TV spot. What's interesting is that even though the track is called "War Drums," the editorial team focused more on the pulsing synth elements and sound design rather than the heavy percussion.
This project was an honor to be a part of and I'm so grateful to be able to share these moments with you all. Big shoutout to Universal for another fantastic collaboration!
